MYTHS is a storytelling-driven country record that follows the journey of a lone outlaw as he roams a mythic, spiritual frontier. Across 10 tracks, Garret Johnston crafts a rich sonic world where the traveler encounters legendary creatures - sirens, satyrs, ghosts, even the devil himself - in a search for meaning, mercy, and redemption.

Rooted in southern rock, classic outlaw country, and Americana, the album will feature raw vocals, gritty guitars, haunting melodies, and gospel-inspired harmonies. Each track will be brought to life with the help of standout guest artists and musicians from across the roots and indie scenes, each embodying a different myth or character the outlaw meets on his path.

At its heart, MYTHS is about wandering: through sin, through stories, and toward something holy. It’s a record for anyone who’s ever felt like a stranger in their own skin, searching for the light on the other side of the dark.
